Private briefing data practices.
This site is distributed directly to approved visitors. The information below explains the limited records used to manage access and understand how the briefing is used.
Information collected
Access records may include a visitor's name, email address, organization, approved-browser status, pages and sections viewed, foreground viewing time, country, and security events. Detailed activity is retained for 90 days. Daily reading summaries and security-review records may be retained for up to one year so the owner can understand engagement and investigate account safety without keeping a click-by-click history indefinitely. Access requests also retain a protected network digest for abuse prevention. The application does not store a raw IP address, keystrokes, message contents, or pointer trails.
How it is used
Records are used to review access requests, issue and revoke permissions, protect confidential materials, investigate unusual access, and understand which briefing sections are most useful.
Retention and control
Routine activity records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Administrative audit records and resolved requests may be retained for up to 180 days. Approved-browser access can be revoked immediately by the owner.
